Ordering and Payment
Do I need to create an account to purchase at Little Happy Haus?
No, you may check out as guest.
We recommend you to create an account with us as this will allow you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and save you the hassle of filling in your address details for every order you place with us. Please rest assure that we keep all of our customers' personal particulars and information confidential.
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
After having confirmed your order and proceeded to your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the payment method and the delivery address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it means that your order didn't go through. Please get in touch with us.
Why do I see an error message when I checkout?
Upon checkout, if you see an error message that says the item(s) in your cart is not available, it means that the item(s) has been checked out by another buyer.
How does the waiting list work?
If the item you are interested in has been listed as Out of Stock, you may opt to place your email on the waiting list. An email notification will be sent to you if/when there is available stock for purchase. It is best for you to email us directly if you wish to get an item which is Out of Stock.
When will I receive my preorder item?
We state the expected date of arrival on each product listing. However, due to unforeseen delays in the current situation, there may be further delays. Please purchase the item only if you are comfortable with this.
If your order has a preorder item, we will not ship out the order until the preorder item has arrived. If you wish to get your in stock item shipped out first without the preorder item, please cart out the in stock item as a separate order.
Can I self-collect my purchase?
Please write to us to arrange for the next available slot. Please inform us of your order number when requesting for self-collection.
What currency and payment mode does Little Happy Haus accept?
All items listed are in SGD and we accept credit card payments on our website. If you wish to make a PayNow transfer, please get in touch with us.
How does Little Happy Haus's Gift Card work?
Gift Cards can be purchased at denominations of $30/$50/$80/$100 here.
Our Gift Card is perfect as gifts for occasions such as baby shower, newborn or as a birthday present! The recipient will receive the Gift Card in the form of an email with your personal message. The recipient will be able to utilise the Gift Card after adding the code upon check out. Gift cards are to be used once only and expire 1 year after purchase. There is no processing fee for our Gift Cards.
Buying a gift
I am buying the item as a gift. Can you gift wrap it and leave a message for me?
Of course, we love sending gifts on you behalf. Simply leave us a message at check-out and we will hand write your note with love!
I like to buy a gift for my friend who just gave birth to a baby. Can you help curate a gift box for me?
Yes, we are more than happy to do that. Simply drop us a DM on Instagram or email us at [email protected] and we will have some recommendations for you.

How sustainable is renting?
Each time you rent an item from Little Happy Haus, you prevent a brand-new item from being bought and consequently, being made in the first place. We call this our ‘displacement effect’. For example, each of our clothes should be worn by up to 5 children on average. That is 4 items displaced, and 4x the amount of CO2 and water saved. When our clothes can no longer be used, we recycle it, which further saves 5 garments from potentially ending up at landfills. Think of renting as a little change which has a huge impact.
How does it work?
How does Little Happy Haus Rental work?
We have two type of rental:
i. Little Happy Haus Baby Capsule Subscription - Your subscription will be renewed every month on your billing date until you request to cancel your subscription. To unsubscribe, please kindly let us know minimally one week before your next billing date and return the outstanding rental item before the next billing date. There is no minimum commitment period and you have the freedom to cancel the subscription at any time.
ii. Little Happy Haus Pay-As-You-Rent - suitable for items which you use once for an occasion. A membership deposit may be required if you are not a local resident.
Do I need to clean/wash the items before I use them and after I wash them?
No, our rental fee covers laundry.
Will I be able to see if I have subscribed to a Capsule Subscription in my account?
Yes, you can view it under order details if you create an account with us.
Will I be able to cancel my Capsule Subscription through the website?
No, all cancellations have to be done via email to [email protected]

Can I reserve an item to rent on a later date?

Can I combine my rental items together with other items in order to hit $80 for free shipping?
Yes, you can do that.
I don’t have anyone home all the time to collect or receive my box. What should I do?
You can authorise the courier to collect or leave the parcel at your doorstep, riser or somewhere secure. Please note that this means Little Happy Haus will not be liable for any loss or damage to the items.
Can I receive a refund if I want to unsubscribe from Little Happy Haus Rental Box?
No, all unsubscriptions will take place at the end of your billing date.
